Busy, Busy!!
The last few days have seemed like a whirlwind but have been so enjoyable!!
On Friday, we took dinner to the Isringhausen's then headed to the RecPlex on a church outing. We invited the Kondracki's to come with us and the girls had a cold, but fun, time! Preston and I enjoyed the Andy's ice cream afterwards with the Kaufman's and others as much as we did the RecPlex but it was just an overall fun evening.
Saturday I worked most of the day then celebrated Dad's birthday at Cantina Laredo (not sure who enjoyed it more) when Preston brought the girls down to meet us.
Sunday we had church then went to the Kaufman's for a Subway lunch and a nap for the girls. They finished their youth lunch 'fun' and came back home just in time to pack everything up before Jenna woke up from her nap. About 430, we headed down to the lake to ride dirtbikes and chill. Jenna even enjoyed 'Motorcycle Madness' because it was 'loud, but not too loud' She rode with Preston for a long time and finally got off so he could have some 'real' fun. We eventually went back to the Kaufman's for some scrumptious roast and potatoes (and some tiger fudge to top us off)!
Tiger Fudge
24 oz Almond Bark, melted with 1 Cup Peanut butter. Pour into a buttered 9x13 and melt 6 oz chocolate chips. Pour into pan and swirl with a knife. Chill about an hour and serve! Yummm...
